The terms that apply when you use this website or ask NOOR Travels Pty Ltd to plan or book travel for you.

1. About these terms
These terms apply between you and NOOR Travels Pty Ltd (ABN 73 703 628 906, ACN 703 628 906) ("NOOR Travels", "we", "us") when you use this website or engage us to plan or book travel. By making an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We plan itineraries and arrange flights, accommodation, tours and activities on your behalf. These travel services are provided by third-party suppliers, not by NOOR Travels. Each booking is subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions, which we will make available to you before you confirm.
3. Quotes and bookings
- Quotes and itineraries are based on availability and prices at the time they are prepared. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed by the supplier.
- We make a booking only after you have confirmed it in writing, usually by email.
- You must check every confirmation and itinerary we send, including names, dates and times, and tell us promptly about any error.
4. Payment
The total price, any service fee charged by us, and the payment method and due dates will be set out in your written quote. A booking may not be secured until payment is received. Supplier prices may include taxes and charges set by third parties.
5. Changes and cancellations
If you want to change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are subject to the supplier's conditions, which may include fees or make a booking non-refundable. Any fee we charge for making changes will be disclosed to you before we act. Where a supplier cancels or changes a service, we will pass on the options and any refund the supplier offers.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any visas, and meeting the entry and health requirements of each destination.
- You must provide accurate traveller details, including names exactly as they appear on travel documents.
- We strongly recommend that you buy suitable travel insurance when you book.
- Where you book for others, you confirm you have their authority to do so and to share their details with us.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for any purpose you have made known to us. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the ACL or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for the acts, omissions or defaults of third-party suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control such as weather, industrial action or government restrictions;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss;
- where our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, design and graphics, and the itineraries we prepare for you, are owned by or licensed to NOOR Travels Pty Ltd. You may use itineraries for your own personal travel. You may not reproduce or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Use of this website
Information on this website is general and may change without notice. You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful or that could damage, disable or impair it.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by written notice. If an engagement ends, bookings already confirmed with suppliers remain subject to their conditions, and you remain responsible for amounts payable for services already arranged at your request. We may decline or end an engagement if we reasonably believe information given to us is false or the request is unlawful.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia (VIC). You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
